About Us
Moms Rock Shirts were the start of our business. We have the Official and Original Moms Rock
Shirts in many formats. They come in both screenprinted and rhinestoned versions. We quickly
expanded from our signature Moms Rock shirt to other products Made by Moms. They were
originally made by moms from my original moms group that has been meeting for 10+ years now.
There were a dozen of us that had babies within 6 months of each other. My how time flies !
We now have over 150 items made by 24+ different local moms that we collectively market and sell
at our online store, retail stores, parenting conferences, and festivals throughout the United States
and Canada. We appreciate you stopping by! We appreciate your support of a mom-owned
business venture that has lots of great products Made by Moms for Moms. It is our mission to help
out moms who stay home with their kids and appreciate having an outlet for their creative sides and
provide them with some extra money just for themselves and for family fun.

ORDERS / SHIPPING
We expect to send out your order in 7-10 business days. Sometimes an item is popular and sells
out. We do get new t-shirts every two weeks and other products we receive on a weekly basis so
we are always receiving something. We will notify you if an item is out-of-stock and on back-order.
*Please note that custom orders may take two weeks to be hand-made, customized, and
personalized to your specifications. We will notify you of the timeframe at the time of the order.
We do not charge your credit card until we have your order boxed up and ready to ship out. We do
not charge you when items are out-of-stock and on back-order. We will charge your card when the
item comes in and is ready to ship. The exception to this is CUSTOM ORDERS. All custom
orders must be pre-paid for before we even start making your custom item (please see Custom
Orders paragraph below).
We always ship ground for the most economical rate. It can take 2-7 days for a package to arrive
once it has been shipped out. If you have special needs or accommodations please type that
information in the comment section of your checkout page and send us an e-mail.
UNITED STATES AND CANADIAN ORDERS
We ship out orders for the United States from Michigan. We ship out orders for Canada from
Ontario. All orders are processed in United States Dollars.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Custom orders/items may not be returned or exchanged. Non-custom Items must be
returned within 14 days of the shipping date unworn and unused. Items returned after 14 days, will
be subjected to a 50% re-stocking fee. Upon receipt of a returned item, we will credit your charge
card or send you a check, minus the original shipping charges. Customer exchanges will be
charged new shipping charges when exchanged items is shipped out. We cannot refund you
money on a shirt or product we have not received back yet. (think about going to Target, you
cannot get your money back from Target unless you give them back the product).
CUSTOM ORDERS - RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Custom orders may not be returned or exchanged. Be sure to check your order carefully
before submitting, as we make them to your specifications. We find it necessary to enforce this
policy due to the highly custom nature of our personalized and custom made products.
Custom orders may not be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective in some way. Our
custom items are made to order. A custom product is a special item that takes time, effort, energy,
and money to create. Some of these custom items, such as our tiles take weeks to make from start
to finish. We are proud of our custom work. Our hand-stamped jewelry is not done by a machine,
therefore, you are buying something that is handmade. Variations and unevenness are normal.
Since it is not machine made; it will not perfectly line up.
Please note on our custom hand-stamped necklaces are fun, funky, and hand-made by Moms.
Each of the letters on our jewelry is individually hand-stamped, the lettering on the charms may not
be perfectly straight or spaced. This is part of the charm and design of the jewelry. No machine is
used to construct any of our designs. Because our designs are hand-crafted, you will know that
your piece is truly unique to you. If you are in need of perfect alignment we suggest that you would
be much happier with getting your items engraved with an engraving shop that uses a machine that
can line up all of your letters perfectly.

from our stock merchandise and it is creating something custom and special that only one particular
person can use. Our custom products like our Custom Rhinestone Shirts and Custom
Hand-Stamped Jewelry are made by stay-at-home moms who take great pride in their work and
often can take hours to make. These products have been a HUGE success and we have dozens if
not hundreds of satisfied customers for these custom products
